Ya have to click on the photo to see the kayaker headed to shore when it started raining. The kayak is by the tree limb jutting out into the cove. After the rain slowed back down to drizzle, he headed back towards the north end of the bay..
This picture is what would be called a sun break -- where the sunshine pokes through a hole in the clouds before the hole closes over again. Been breezy but nothing fierce. Sure hasn't kept the birds from the bird feeder on the deck.
The bluejays are, for the moment, letting the little birds enjoy some unharrassed time at the feeder.
