The buyer has lender approval for her private financing. All inspections have been done and the HOA is scheduling the Board of Directors meeting for the buyer's interview.

Looks like I will be out of here the 1st or 2nd week in August.

dancing happy dance but still have my fingers and toes crossed because I'm double Irish and its not over until escrow closes.
