TWOTON GREEN BLOG... a twist on the way I would say my name as a small child, TwoTon Green Book. This, however, is a blog and not a book.

Let There Be Peace On Earth
Vince and Jenny Gill (his daughter) - Let There Be Peace On Earth
... and let it begin with me.
Black Friday
Spend Thanksgiving with my oldest daughter, her husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and their family. They were staying in the family timeshare in Seaside, about an hour north of me. We had a wonderful, wonderful time and I was reminded of all that I am thankful for.
Steely Dan - Black Friday.
I'm not doing any shopping this Black Friday. Still minding my nickles and dimes and will do most of my shopping online and have the store ship the gift to my loved ones.

Not bad for my first Saturday Dirty Boogie set to blast while bringing up wood and cleaning house.
I am getting motivated to get my POD up here - all my cd's and music are in the pod and I'm itchy for my tunes.

Friday Sunset
Stayed high and dry during the storm. Tillamook got almost 6 inches and flooded in the usual places. I drove into town today to learn what some of those places are. Had to learn a new way back over to the bay since there was a crash on 131 that closed the road. Sounded like it was a bad one. Got home, put away my groceries and then Token and I enjoyed this sunset from the bay side deck.

Joe Must Go
Jane did this gizmo today and made it available to all blogs to use.
Read her earlier post, The Case Against Lieberman, as to why Joe Must Go.
Click on the 'click to take action' in the gizmo and sign the petition. Then call your Senator and explain, using small words so they really do understand, why they must say No To Joe.
This man does not deserve to hold a gavel to any committee chair at all.

Twas A Dark Stormy Nite
The Sun is Shining Down by JJ Grey and Mofro.
The perfect song for a dark, stormy (well semi stormy) nite. This song always seems to soothe, even when stormy winds are blowing.
